90 days challenge

Usually when someone starts one of these things it starts on 1st . Well i couldnt be bothered waiting.

Was lucky enough to walk into Fitness 1st Doncaster to be told i was getting upgraded for free to Platinum, some technicalality weeeeeeeeee

So i spose the challenge is to motivate me to go to the gym and eat well before we head off on the Euro09 tour.

Will be doing a fitness test, skin fold and measurements which ill list later. Overvall goal is to hit 80kg, eat well and train really hard.
